The GOP is full of October Surprises. However, as they learned during Watergate, sometimes you get caught cheating. And when happens there can be a real constitutional crisis. I hope it doesn't happen but it's not hard to imagine 2004 being worse than 2000. If the Supreme court had known about the voter roll scrubbing by Jebsters, who knows. Maybe it's not true "cheaters never win". But they certainly dont win all the time.
