Dear Wayne,

I'm new at this site and would like to convey a message about a courtcase going on in the Accra Fast Track High Court concerning St Jude, Hwini-Butre and BDGoldfields.

As a result of this very important case, Hwini-Butri's prospecting permit has not been renewed and won't be untill this case is finished.

I'm share holder of BDGoldfields and could give a lot of info to the St Jude shareholders.
