Anyway, I would like to know what Lizzie thinks of the management ranks in technology companies in the Silicon Valley being predominantly white. I have asked this 2 times already, but no answer. What do I think of the fact that there is a majority of white males in CEO slots? Well I'm not thrilled, being a woman, I would prefer that there were an equal number of female CEOs to male CEOs in every industry. But I don't think it should be legislated that every BOD should consider women over qualified men, but if for some reason a silly rule like that should come to pass, then imo ALL BODs should have to adhere to it.
