no, it should not, and I think you know that is not what I am saying. What I want is for all diversity laws to be abolished and then I as a white person can hire who I want, when I want. Right now it is only foreign nationals that can do that. You seem like you want to have your cake and eat it too. You want the white hiring managers to be disallowed from hiring other whites, while indians can continue to discriminate against whites.
