That's really short sighted 'we-were-here-first' mentality.

If you look at Microsoft and Intel, both Windows and Pentium had significant architecture done by people of Indian origin. The IITs are just as good as the MITs and the Stanfords, in case you didn't know.

You made some sort of claim that indians are somehow superior candidates for engineering positions in the US.

Can you back up those claims, especially since the H1-B guidelines stipulate that pay should be equivalent for foreigners coming here vs. americans?
