It's the same Blix who's oral report to the UN on
resolution 1441 failed to disclose clear evidence of
multiple material breaches that were cleverly hidden deeply
in his nearly 300 page written report.

And Blix was intentionally chosen by UN leadership opposed
to war under any circumstances. He's a dove & not exactly
an expert weapons inspector or manager. Just ask JW.
