BTW, I don't think I blamed to market bubble on Clinton - he just happened to be there at the time. As for your alleged "housing bubble", why would I blame that on anyone - I'm not the one claiming it exists and will burst disastrously. That'd be you. But if it does exist, how is it Bush's fault? And if it bursts, how would he be to blame for that?

As for my alleged "misplaced idolation," I'm not even sure what that is.

BTW, the US military didn't "save" Bush from anything. It did exactly what he and his defense department said it would. And IF they are called upon again, they will undoubtedly do an equally good job.

It must really bug you that Bush's popularity continues to rise. 52% of those polled by WSJ/NBC News last weekend said they will vote for Bush in 2004 - only 24% said they will vote for the Democratic nominee. Oh, and 71% approve of the job Bush is doing.
