Dennis, I use this link daily to get news on REITs. biz.yahoo.com This list contains almost all the dividend declarations. Richard p.s. you are correct that most of the REITs are pretty regular about both the date they declare the dividend and the ex-dividend date. The 4th quarter is an exception for many of the REITs
