I apologize for my mis-worded statement. The sentiment I meant to convey was that if what you said was true - all the museums were looted - it was more than likely as a result of something planned and coordinated and not something that the military necessarily had control of.

I doubt very seriously that the soldiers had orders to be a police force at the time. It is disturbing to me that you appear to continue to blame them. Could you please take a look at the big picture and stop politicizing for just a minute? It is sometimes useful to put yourself in someone else's shoes hypothetically. If you can do that you might get a new perspective.
