I guess when I think Texas, I think more of LBJ and the 'treatment'. I think W's more influenced by Cheney/Rumsfeld et al than Texas political style. I'm not sure a binary approach to international relations will work in the Arab world; we'll have to see. I have to admit that the recent rhetoric on Syria has scared me, so let's see if it worked on Syria. :)
