I did a calculation of MSFT's P/E as if it were a stodgy old rust bucket company. It's earnings yield is better than 1/10yr TBill and yet its PROFITS are larger than the market caps of many well run companies.

The thing that makes me agree with da chief on his belief we ain't seen nuttin yet is we NEVER got to 90% bulls over bulls plus bears. At the top, about half the people were shouting "over valued". Maybe this is da correction to shake out the marginal bulls that left the market in 2001 and 2002 and now swear off stocks and talk about bonds and cash... Now we need a run to get da last of the bears to turn back into da bulls and pull these folks scared out back in... DEN we gotta git out.

then again... we might go down. <VBG>
