I am disappointed that no PATRIOT on this thread noted that in order to kill Sadaam, who was at this time irrelevant, we would drop (4) 2000Kg Bombs in a residential neighborhood to put a notch in our belt. We killed 14 innocent victims, and maimed countless others.

I would like to hear a defense for this particular action that shames me as a proud American.

Does the unnecessary bombing of civilians qualify as a war crime??
