As this is a Stop the War Thread, let's try to stay on topic and celebrate this tremendous victory for both US and for Iraqi freedom, as well as for all peace loving peoples in the Middle East.
Isn't it wonderful that the terrorist murderer of an elderly paralyzed American, the cowardly Abu Abbas has brought to justice after hiding under Saddam's skirts for 18 years? Saddam was harboring terrorists within his family, his friends and the population. His methods of murder, torture and accumulation of WMD will be well documented by the time a democratic government is in place.
Isn't it exciting that, as a result of our victory, it is likely that Syria will become more democratic, that a real peace will come to Israel and that a new state of Palestine will be declared?
President Bush has fulfilled President Reagan's promise to Abbubu the bastard that "You can run, but you can't hide."
