It's a very good, sweet deal for BGI, especially as GSR appears to be embarked on a serious development project on the concession that could bring quick results from that royalty. But, the issue that these small juniors can't quite get into their pea brains is that there is no public trading market (illustrate Moydow) and hence no rerating of their stocks, no matter what they do. We'll see what happens here, but if it's true to form, we will see this reopening and trading at 32 cents again (hope that's wrong as I'm seriously long this one, for what seems like forever). To bring real value to shareholders, they need to sell the whole company to the likes of GSR in a stock swap. If this reopens with yawn, people need to be once again asking Denis why he didn't.
