It might be extremely difficult to tell if the evidence was planted or not, depending on how it is presented and the credibility of the witnesses.
I would be much more suspicious if the only credible Iraqi witnesses are some poor folks who desperately need American dollars....
But in any case, you can bet your life I do not trust some folks within the current administration, and I did not trust some in the Clinton administration either....
