DCTC & Muller Media:

The recent 10k filing by Muller appears to put the last nail in the coffin for both DCTC and Muller.

DCTC filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy on Feb 10,2003. They were being pursued by Sherman LLC. who I believe is a creditor. Sherman filed two lawsuits against DCTC which are listed in the report.(Feb. 6 20003).

Muller was reporting about $900,000 in loans to DCTC. These were for DCTC to pay their legal bills. DCTC after filing Bankruptcy can not repay the loans and Muller removed the amount from their books.

The shares of MLMD that were to go to DCTC shareholders are not going to happen.

Also interesting that Muller signs a consultant agreement with Joe Murphy last fall, for an annual salary of $196,000 to be paid monthly. This on top of the loans to fight the SEC legal battle. This ammount is greater than the Chairman's salary (125k) Adams ,,and Cliff Posterlink's the CEO (125k). I think it is evident who was manipulating Muller Media. Also interesting reading is the letter to Robert Muller telling him to stay out of the office during his last year as a consultant to the company. One wonders what feelings and thoughts must be with the man for whom the company is named.

There is a gag order on info from both sides on the SEC vs. DCI case. Info that is made public via the court web site is all that is avaiable at this time.

I am not a financial "guru", therefore I would appreciate any other points of view on the information within the Muller Annual filing.
