Lets just bomb the ENTIRE REGION then. Because theres a bunch of dictators over there, and negotiations doesn't work.... oh but wait, Carter seems to be able to negotiate with dictators, Clinton too. Could it be that Bush is an immature rich boy who has no concept of give and take, and therefore goes into something akin to tantrums when he doesn't get his way.... kindof like a rich boy that inherits his fathers company and drives it down the drain (think: Wang)? I think that may be it.
