I'm not sure what you think the meaning and significance of "indigenous Government" is in this case, but I feel International law certainly should account for SadDam Hussein. If it didn't quite, it should have and we did. The set precedent here is akin to battling Hitler, not becoming like him, clearly. I could have mentioned our efforts to save lives here, quite unlike Hitler(perhpas in the future we'll be able to do even better). Actions justified, IMO. Not to worry, the true news will spread.
