Anybody mess around with "Stock Bskets" on e-trade. They have essentially a service that is $125 a year and they have already set up "baskets of stocks" in lots of area's, sectors, and etc. It shows the amount % for each stock in basket. You can change baskets, add or remove stocks, change % of any stock in basket, create your own basket, modify and customize one of theirs and etc. You can go in any time, and add stocks, remove stocks, change %'s, as often as you like. No cost, just $125 a year. I set up an account and have been playing with it and looking at their baskets, altering some, coming up with some of my own and etc, and saving them, but I havent bought any yet. You basically just pick a dollar amount you want for each basket you buy. I was wondering if anybody has used this service, how do you like it, what baskets have done well and any info you have. It looks like a great way to diversify and not rely so much on picking individual stocks. Make your own no cost mutual fund, customized by you, by company, by %. You can get very creative. Anybody mess with this? TIA
