Don't forget, the major oilwells are secured, and the pipe to Syria is cut off once again. Now, will the elasticity in oil pricing reach the $10 of Clinton, while daddy Bush is pissed, or will $15 save the US steel industry and SUVs, airconditioning and BTUs?? Lots of local debt and local privatizing or can one really trust the global seven sisters??
