His regime change comment was bold and courageous. Bushies were trying to 100% dominate our hearts, minds and media. They were totally using the war for their own political propaganda and to attack anyone left of Bush as wimps and cowards. When they're mostly all chickenhawks who sit around and watch wars on TV.

Kerry is a war hero and his loyalty to our troops cannot be questioned. But America needed someone to cut through the constant barrage of Bushie BS cheerleading and it took a cutting remark that got peoples' attention. So it worked. And clearly made Kerry the spokesman for the opposition, an opposition which has a very good chance of relieving us of Bush in 2004.

Also, what's to stop Bush from constantly inventing wars so they'll never be any debate allowed in this country? You know he could do that. He is showing every sign of doing that. The Iraq War itself was used to steal the November election. Bush has had an easy two years with no competition. That is about to change.

As for targeted tax cuts, the rich dont need them and we have enormous deficits to pay. So about time they did their fair share. After all the military protects the interests of the big corporations and very rich more than anyone else. Let them pay for most of this war. And give the consumers a break. The rich will benefit in the long run. Trickle-down doesn't work but percolate-up does. Clinton proved that.

besides, the rich never pay what lower income people pay anyway. The rich all have tax lawyers and hundreds of loopholes. Many of them pay little or nothing.
