just reverse split it then, no problem with that. All I'm trying to point out is that for a company with 7 billion shares outstanding, giving Chambers 2 million is not as outrageous as it seems. Remember this is the absolute worst recession telecom will likely ever see, there is some evidence the industry overall is thawing, and Cisco is still bringing in 1.5 billion cash a quarter on 4.5 billion revenue.
