Yes, I like regional bank stocks too. I'm trying to find some with niche market businesses that might not be so devastated if they had to compete directly with large money center banks. I've mentioned, for example, BBX and BFCFB.ob (big in Florida), PUBB (focus on Korean-Americans), CYN -Ouch! Earnings miss today :>( (targets wealthy California and NYC customers). I don't follow the ones you mentioned. Sometimes regional banks, if they stick to their area of expertise, can compound profits in a slow, but otherwise satisfactory way for their stockholders.
