<Jesus in Baghdad>

This is part of a pattern:

1. allowing Christian social service activity (would they let Hezbollah do the same thing?)
2. High Administration officials giving a series of "progress updates", during the Iraqi war, to Israeli-American groups.
3. Sharon announced, a few days ago, a series of new Jewish housing projects in E. Jerusalem's Arab areas, and the White House said nothing.

The pattern is, we are repeatedly, blatantly, doing things to alienate the Muslim Street. This Administration makes not the slightest effort, not to be offensive. Well, OK, he did stop using the word "crusade". But otherwise, it's like they've decided it doesn't matter how many people they alienate.

The Muslim clerics in Iraq go around with armed guards, lots of them. And still, one got killed. How many guards will each missionary require, to keep them safe? How many Iraqis get shot, so the missionaries have the freedom to preach where they aren't wanted? Why don't the Iraqis get any voice, in who is allowed in their country?

This is just more excellent recruiting material for Bin Laden and Hezbollah. "See, I was right, it is a crusade, they are reaching into our heartland and trying to destroy our culture."
