Jonathan, I ain't no maven, but have you considered Unit Instruments? "UNII, designs, manufactures, and markets mass flow controllers that are used to control and measure the flow of process gases in the fabrication of semiconductor wafers..." More at: biz.yahoo.com I knew them as a potential competitor of Tylan General, which was taken over 7-8 months ago. Tylan had a thread here and was always considered part of the semi-equip-and-related "family." It supplied components to the Lam's, Applied's, etc of the world. I think UNII's business is similar.
