Here's a thought for friend Heinz who I know pays some attention to astrology.

I am thinking (aloud) that when Saturn enters Cancer that there will be a very observable shift in sentiment toward the home builders and real estate. I think it will be quite evident. Since this is occurring in about six weeks it might be something to ponder and observe.
