They announced $20 B. for the war so far... and that it would cost $20 B. more to bring them back home (whenever that happens).

They also said: $2 B. per month for 'ongoing operations' (exclusive of any rebuilding or occupation costs).

The US Army War College ran two different studies... and estimated '60,000 to 80,000 troops would be required for the occupation... for 5 to 10 years'.

Again, all that is exclusive of whatever the expense to rebuild will be.

I'm sure that - measured over the next 5 to 10 years - Iraq-related expenses will quite likely top $200 B. for America's taxpayers.
