Well one thing is for sure, the aluminum that comes off of some cookware and ends up in the food can't be good for ya! Dr. Atkins is gone now.... The establishment ridiculed him for years, but now they do not laugh so hard.... Of course it's fairly obvious that carbs and not animal fat are the real problem for many obese individuals, yet fat is/was always blamed in the past.
