WMDs will be found. He had them, lots of them, and most of them are still in Iraq. They are there, and they need to be found so nobody gets hurt, and they will be found and then they will be destroyed. The people that are looking for them don't care if someone thinks they are planted. All that matters is that they must be found and destroyed.

When they are, the war critics will invent something else to parse, like, "Well, the chemicals were found, but they were not inside warheads, so that's not a WEAPON of mass destruction, so the war was not legitimate."
