The question of WMDs in Iraq is nothing like moot, it is the foundation of the USA-UK claim on their interpretation of 1441, skipping the issue of the second resolution. Not personally for Bush and his administration as USA never ratified the ICC, but much more for Blair and Straw, plus others in UK. Also includes most of the "willing coalition"
