I have tried this on a computer at work and it's like having a new keyboard. Take the screws off the bottom, remove all keys, take the rubber shield off, take the circuit board out. Put the keys in some kind of a mesh bag or in a compartment in your dishwasher where they won't be thrown around. Put the top and bottom in the dishwasher, put a little soap in that jesse and wash it on the mildest setting you have. Put in outside in the sun for an hour or two. Put it back together and you'll have a clean new keyboard.
