Kerry writes his own speeches and policy. Gw Bush reads a teleprompter or else mangles the English language with simplistic slogans and narrow-minded simplicity. He was a C student who under-achieved his way to the top thanks to Daddy's big buck frinds like Bectel, Enron, Chevron, etc., and masterful but deceitful political engineers. The only reason GW chose Cheney as a RM was so he'd have someone to think for him. There is no comparison between the brains and intellect of these two men.
