I don't think that's part of the planned Road Map.....

One of the interesting parts of the NonProliferation treaty, is that it isn't just the Have-Not countries agreeing to not get nukes. The Have nations also agreed to work toward eventually giving up all nukes as well. The agreed goal was to make the entire planet a nuclear-weapon-free zone. No time frame.......

One of these days, the Iranians and Brazilians and South Africans and 20 other nations are going to say to the Have nations, in unison, "Time's up. We're tired of being bullied. You get serious about disarmament, or all of us are going to acquire them."
