One could just as easily say the same thing about George Bush
Statements like that damage your credibility, to compare the US under Bush with Iraq under Saddam.

For example, they built the best health care system in the Arab world.
This intrigues me, and I'm going to look for more detail, but isn't it still kind of like saying Mussolini made the trains run on time?
