How can you logically come to that conclusion?

John Hussman wrote "When an option is issued, you assign it a cost based on the Black-Scholes model ... ". The Black-Scholes option model is Dr. Hussman's proposed starting point.

Why? Because it's the best valuation tool available, IMHO.

And how do you think option expenses would be adjusted at the end of each fiscal year? Can you say "the Black-Scholes option model?

P.S. Dr. Fischer Black was a PHD before he died. Dr. Myron Scholes is a PHD and a Noble prize laureate. Please show them some respect by not referring to their work as "BS".
