I'm surprised. Definitely a logical inconsistency there. If abortion is not illegal than the charge against such men should be about interfering with reproductive rights not murder. One of the reasons I don't want abortion to be illegal is just such a logical conflict. If it is illegal it is because it is considered murder and I don't think society wants to brand women who have abortions as murderers who should then be prosecuted as such.
