Have you noticed how the Iraqi imams are denouncing the United States? In the chaos they see an opportunity to take over after Saddam and turn the country into a theocratic Islamic dictatorship. If this should occur all those lives of coalition servicemen would have gone for naught as a theocratic society is the same as a freedomless society and no improvement for the citizens of Iraq. This is where the Coalition must stand fast. A secular government and freedom for all religions. I trust President Bush will not waver but if this new Iraqi government is not solidly in place by the end of his second term, and somehow a Democrat should take the presidency in 2009 all will be lost and those lives and our treasure will be for naught.
