Saddam surprised and worried Junior's team by giving the inspectors unfettered access. Rumsfeld kept saying that Saddam wasn't cooperating because Saddam would not show him the location of any chemicals. It appears that Saddam had been telling the truth all along, there were no chemicals. When that was becoming obvious to the American public Junior had to launch the attack. That is why you and the other party members are trying to make it appear that the war was started because Saddam was an unpleasant fellow, the original attempt to pull the wool over the eyes of the public didn't pan out.
