Those fine nations about which you are worried:

channelnewsasia.com

They really give a big damn about the Iraqi people!

That's a laugh

But you and Bush care so much......that's the biggest laugh of all!

They want to know one thing: "What's in it for us?" Screw 'em.

Greed.......that's the language you understand, huh?

Excuse me, the US has asked Russia and France to forgive their Iraqi debt [which is considerable] but we don't want to cut them into the action. What would Bush's reaction be to such a proposal? Trust me, the same......they're once again flipping Bush the bird.

Do you see how things get worse by not doing the work necessary to have a creditable foreign policy? This started with Bush playing bombastic superpower, and now both sides are more and more distrustful. In another year, France, Russia and Germany will be our sworn enemies thanks to the laziness and/or incompetency and/or indifference of this administration.

It really pisses me off! It didn't have to be this way. And the American people are going to get stuck footing the bill for Iraq while Bush's corporate friends win contract after contract for the reconstruction. A win-win for Bush; a loss-loss for the American people.
