yes, local representation, measured in both radius and similar economics, is also important.

Taking this to the extremes does even favor single-seat-districts for very small minorities although
not for the majorities, the way it usually is abused.

"gerrymandering": I'm fairly knowledgable in terms of that old 17-1800s USA habit, but I would
appreciate any input or links to canada and its 2-party history, have been searching for
that for the some 10-15 years, only major examples North Ireland and Quebec.

"party-lists" is also something one should become knowledgable on, as well as socalled
"mixed systems", which most large population (and radius) modern nations use.

That is, personally I am very happy to get a reply containing the word "radius", although
I had expected that from Canada, but jumped for joy if it would have come from USA.

Now, in terms of UN, which little ones will be kicked out first??

As well as that old machiavellian thing.

Some say it is better not to go to war as long as no consensus is reached, others say
it take some great total and radical leadership, like

webpolitik.de

but that takes more of the basic knowledge of election processes.
