The interesting development is opposition from the Arabs, UN, France etc. to lifting the UN sanctions on Iraq. Maybe another thing the US didn't plan on? Interesting though that Barzan Al-Tikriti was captured. This may show that the surviving leadership didn't escape to Syria as Debka and the US suggest. Unless he is an exception and got left behind?
