I know you will do just what the Doc tells you to do...It was and is one of the very few times in my life that I've been so compliant...the very thought of having to be in a wheel chair for the rest of my life brings me RIGHT back to attention if I forget....The ice and elevation really do help. So do drugs for awhile too. <g-unless they give you nightmares....then ng-)

"Miserable" is a very descriptive word I must say....The good news is that inch by inch, things 'git' better... Take GOOD care of you!
