Charles: You of ALL PEOPLE must understand the importance of CAPITAL INVESTMENT. Remember the GOOD TIMES that Clinton got to enjoy? I am now convinced it was almost ENTIRELY due to the incredible expenditures made for Y2K in upgrading. If the public merely spending money would solve the issue then give us all another $600 cash (or more (gg) and let us spend it. I spent ALL MINE on my jeep when I got it so I dont think you got to be poor to spend the money. (two popups just in this message typing) jdn
