IMHO, democracy and the responsibilties that come with it, have to be from within the populace of a nation. It can not be imposed by outsiders. No... it cannot be imposed. But democracy, or having one's say in the governing of their own life, is instinctive. Maybe your life experience is far different than mine, where you're surrounded by conformity and indifference, but I personally have never met a person who didn't think they had a inherent right to have a say in how they are governed. In fact, most of them believe they have a right in deciding how everyone else is governed too.... ;0) How to draw that fine line.... Hawk
