Nice try, but it doesn't wash.

The gas weapons you refer to in these articles are of the riot-gas type, either pepper, cn or tear gas. They are not toxic, but even more importantly you do NOT need a chemical suit to keep yourself safe from riot gas. You only need a mask.

Chemical suits, of the kind the Iraqis possessed, are necessary for nerve gas and biological agents only.

There is absolutely no reason for the US to have used nerve gas. They already had a considerable military advantage over the Iraqis. A major purpose of the coalition was to seek out and destroy such weapons not use them.
