It is flagrantly dishonest to suggest that "the Arabs" will reject it.

"The Arabs" have accepted your peace plan (UN 242) long ago. Note that this peace plan gives 75% of the land to Israel and 25% of the land to the Palestinians, even though the populations are roughly 50/50, and the Palestinians were obviously there first. In 1971, Egypt proposed it, and Israel rejected it. In 1976, the PLO brought it before the UN, with the backing of all the Arab states (and the entire world). The U.S. vetoed it. This has continued for 3 decades. Most recently, a year ago, the Arab League formally proposed it again. Israel rejected again.

In fact, we could go a step further, and look at Camp David 2000. In the last round of talks (at Taba) the Palestinians essentially agreed to a deal that is even WORSE than the one you propose. The official Israeli statement at that point was:

" The two sides declare that they have never been closer to reaching an agreement and it is thus our shared belief that the remaining gaps could be bridged with the resumption of negotiations following the Israeli elections."

Israel did not return to the table after having broken off the talks.
