let me first correct you it costs $25 billion or less and second it is there but they are not declaring for tactical reason - let the low lives come out and yell

and as a side comment the recent fall in oil prices more than covers the cost of the war - best investment ever by US government.

Return on investment few months - more USD's in our pocket and not arab states / OPEC pockets
