Hi: I was able to pull down the S-1 all 65 pages of it. I will not burden this chat with the whole thing. The stock being sold belongs to employees, directors, and others that have restricted stock. This includes the stock that was in escrow and was bailed out by the directors last Dec. The company does not get any of this stock, if fact this will cost them $40 to 50,000 in expenses. It could mean a lot more selling pressure as this stock is placed on the market. Don;t know that they would want to sell, but there would be more that could be sold. Jim
