I read a unique comment someone had regarding the low VIX reading. They thought that this presages either: 1) a blowoff top for the general markets 2) the start of a new upleg for the general markets I don't agree with either, although I will say that all things considered, choice 1) may be a possibility. It seems like some of the "junky" and/or statospherically overvalued stocks seem to be performing well lately. Nasdaq stocks also had a stong week. Perhaps some of the easy money is reflating the go-go stocks again?
