"not yet"....thank you.....that means its still to come...and after 2 4 year cycle lows back to back correcting wave 1 of primary wave 3 up ....wave 3 up allways leaves most in the dust and in every case the 2nd wave that preceeds it is ugly enough to convince the majority that the market is kaput.....just as the 2nd wave of 87 did.....the market went up up up but for years after the 87 crash the majority called the advance a bear market rally just like the rally after 1929....the phrase "those who ignore the past are doomed to repeat it" was bandied about like free candy....and the recent phrase "most money managers have never experienced a bear market"...is no longer valid because they have....and going one step further we can now trutfully say that "these young money managers have never experieced the epicenter of primary wave 3 up and neither has anyone else""
